Beflore is a plant care tracking application that allows users to:
- Track and monitor their houseplants
- Set care reminders
- Take photos and create visual timelines
- View care statistics and patterns
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Creating backups of your data if desired
- Using the app in compliance with applicable laws
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Beflore offers a free version and a paid subscription ("Beflore Bloom"). Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Prices are displayed excluding VAT and may vary by region
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any plant care advice or suggestions will be suitable for your specific plants
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beflore and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Damage to plants or property
- Any other intangible losses
This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from use or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access, or any other matter relating to the Service.
7. Plant Care Disclaimer
Beflore provides observational insights only and does not replace professional plant care advice.
Any care suggestions, reminders, or patterns identified by the app are for informational purposes only. Always research the specific needs of your plants and consult professional resources when needed.
8. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data or plant information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Important: If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your information will be permanently deleted. We cannot recover lost data.
9. Intellectual Property
The Beflore app, including its design, logo, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Discontinuation of Service
We may discontinue the app at any time. In case of paid subscriptions, remaining access will be handled fairly.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
